SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM – REGLAS PARA CONCURSOS DE LLAMADAS.
REGLAS OFICIALES Y REGULACIONES
1. No es necesario comprar
2. QUIEN PUEDE PARTICIPAR:
Cualquier oyente, de 18 años o mayor, siempre que no sea indicado en el concurso.
3. ELIGIBILIDAD
A. Empleados de las Estaciones de Radio WCMQ-FM; WXDJ-FM Y WRMA-FM cada una, una “Estacion”), Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. Sus afiliadas, y sus agencias de relaciones publicas, auspiciadores participantes y miembros de su familia (familia se considera como esposa o (a), padres, hijos, hermanos o hermanas, tías, tíos, primos, primas y abuelos o abuelas) no son elegibles
B. Un premio por ganador y su familiar inmediato (familia se define como esposos, padres, hijos, hermanos, tíos, tías, primos y abuelos y/o cualquiera que viva en la misma dirección) por un periodo de 60 días.
C. Cualquier individuo que gane $600 o más en un año se le pedirá que presente una tarjeta valida de Social Security o su número individual de contribuyente (ITIN) y una identificación hecha por el Gobierno, con su foto, que tenga la dirección individual. Si el ganador no presenta uno de estos documentos será descalificado y perderá el derecho al premio.
D. Si la Estación determina que el ganador seleccionado no es elegible, no se dará ningún premio en ese concurso específico.
4. INDOLE DEL CONCURSO:
Se les pedirá a los oyentes llamar a la estación por la línea de los oyentes y ser el número de llamada correcto. El locutor determinará el número en cuestión. Al concursante se le puede pedir su participación de manera adicional, tal como cantar el jingle de la Estación, o contestar una pregunta para ganar. La Estación no será responsable por ninguna falla o inhabilidad para participar, ganar o reclamar ningún premio basado en alegaciones de la existencia de problemas de teléfono.
5. PREMIOS:
Tal y como se indica en el aire por el locutor, premios pueden variar por concurso.
6. VALOR AL DETALLE
El valor aproximado al detalle del Premio, puede variar hasta 1,000 dólares.
7. RESPONSABILIDAD:
La Estación, Spanish Broadcasting System y patrocinadores participantes no serán responsables por ninguna reclamación, responsabilidad, pérdidas, reparaciones, daños o accidentes que surjan o en conjunción con los servicios, mercancía u otros beneficios obtenidos por el ganador o este concurso.
8. RECLAMACION DE PREMIO:
Todos los Premios deben ser liberados o reclamados durante los 10 primeros días laborables en el 7007 NW 77th Avenida, Miami Florida 33166 de Lunes a Viernes entre 10 de la mañana y 5 de la tarde.
9. PERMISO:
Todos los ganadores deben firmar un permiso permitiendo el uso razonable de su nombre, datos biográficos, en los medios de comunicación y liberar a Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. Y sus afiliados y patrocinadores, de cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad y daños surgidos directa o indirectamente de la entrega del premio o que tenga que ver algo directa o indirectamente con el concurso.
10 Cualquier impuesto, licencia, cargos de registración, o gastos adicionales incurridos como resultado del premio son solamente responsabilidad del ganador.
11 Premios no pueden ser sustituidos o cambiados por efectivo.
12 La Estación reserva el derecho de conceder premios adicionales durante el concurso.
13 Cualquier cambio después de haber comenzado el concurso no debe

14 El nombre del oyente que aparece en la hoja oficial/original del concurso es el ganador de ese concurso en particular. Premios no son transferibles y no se pueden vender.

19 Los pases para el cine que da la Estación no garantizan la admisión al Teatro. El primero que llegue tendrá derecho primero, como indican los pases que da la Estación.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS FOR
“$100 IN CASH TODAY” (the “Contest”)
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. WHO MAY PARTICIPATE:
Contestants must be at least 18 years of age to participate, have a valid Florida Driver’s License, a valid social security number and card, or a valid taxpayer identification number (“TIN”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
A. Employees of radio stations WXDJ-FM, WCMQ-FM, WRMA-FM and WRAZ-FM (collectively, the “Station”), Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc., its affiliates and their public relations agencies, participating sponsors and “family” members (“family” is defined as spouse, parents, children, sibling, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) are ineligible.
B. One prize per winner and his/her immediate “family” (“family” is defined as spouse, parents, children, sibling, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) and or/”household” (“household” is defined as anyone living at the same address) is allowed during the term of this Contest.
C. Any individual who wins $600 (six hundred dollars) or more must provide the Station with valid identification and a valid TIN or social security card and number, and a valid government-issued photo identification which contains the individual’s current address before any prize will be awarded. Failure to present a valid social security card or TIN may result in a disqualification of the winner, in which case the prize shall be forfeited.
D. If a winner selected is later determined by the Station to be ineligible, no prize will be awarded to the ineligible contestant and the Station reserves the right to award the prize to a qualified contestant.
4. NATURE OF CONTEST:
Beginning Thursday, August 19th 2010 through Wednesday, September 9th 2010 between the hours of 6:00AM and 12:00PM listeners will have the opportunity, upon hearing the DJ’s cue to action, listeners will have the opportunity to send in an email to masmusica@romancefm.com with the phrase “yo escucho 106.7 Romance por que tienes mas music y menos commerciales” or the DJ’s cue to call, to call-in to the Station’s listener lines at (305) 550-9106.There will be one (1) winner chosen from all eligible callers (as solely determined by the station.) The lucky winner will be announced live on-air by one of the radio station DJs and will each receive one hundred dollars ($100) in cash, courtesy of 411-PAIN (Prize will be given away in form of a $100 visa gift card)..
There will be a total of forty five (45) $100 prizes given away on WRMA from Thursday, August 19th 2010 through Wednesday, September 9th 2010. (Restrictions apply).
The Station is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, traffic congestion on telephone lines.
If after two (2) attempts of calling the qualifying winner at the contact phone number provided on the entry, then the Station will forfeit that winner and an alternate winner will be selected on the same date and phoned at the contact number provided.
No mechanical duplication of entries will be allowed. The Station is not responsible for any connection problems or phone problems on the entry side. All entries become the exclusive property of the Station. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station whose decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Station’s personnel. The Station reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who the Station believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. The Station will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Station’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Station, the Station reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Station deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Station and are final.
5. PRIZE:
Forty five (45) lucky winners will receive one hundred dollars ($100) in cash, courtesy of 411-PAIN. (Prize will be given away in form of a $100 visa gift card).
No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of the Station, in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be awarded. The Station makes no warranty with respect to any Contest prize and is not responsible for cancellation or postponement. The cash equivalent of any portion of any Contest prize is not permitted, except at the Station’s sole discretion. The Station will report value of prizes as required by law.
6. RETAIL VALUE: The Approximate Retail Value for each prize is $100. The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for all prizes awarded is $4500.00. (45) Winners.
7. ODDS OF WINNING.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.
8. RELEASE:
By participating in the Contest each participant waives any and all claims of liability against the Station, Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and participating sponsors and their respective employees, directors, shareholders and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award of the prize or that may be sustained directly or indirectly in connection with this Contest, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize or for any claims, liabilities, losses, repairs, damage or injuries arising out of or in conjunction with the services, merchandise or other benefits obtained by the winner or this Contest. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Station.
9. REDEEMING OF PRIZE: All prizes must be redeemed or claimed within ten (10) business days at 7007 N.W. 77th Ave., Medley, Florida 33166 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
10. PUBLICITY, USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Station exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, biographical information and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Contest and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, participants agree that the Station may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
11. Any tax, licensing, registration fee or additional expenses incurred as a result of the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Station, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize that is not specifically provided for in these official rules. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Station will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
12. Prizes may not be substituted, are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize.
13. The Station reserves the right to award additional prizes throughout the Contest.
14. Any rule changes after the Contest begins must not disadvantage Contest participants and will be announced promptly and conspicuously.
15. The name of the listener that appears on the official/original entry form is the winner of that particular contest.
16. The Station disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express or other delivery method. The Station is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, traffic congestion on telephone lines.
17. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Station’s release form to claim the prize. Void where prohibited. In the event the Station is prevented from continuing with the Contest or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is severely undermined by an event beyond the Station’s control the Station may substitute prizes of equal or greater value or discontinue the Contest at any time. In no event will the Station be obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. The Station disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.
18. The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the U.S., which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. The Station shall follow the applicable laws for conducting the Contest, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc. as required by local and state law.
19. A copy of these rules and regulations are available during normal business hours at the station and at each Station’s website at www.romancefm.com and will be retained and available for public inspection at the Station’s offices located at 7007 NW 77th Ave., Medley, Florida 33166.
